今年四月工會代表和董事長座談時，工會提到不少同仁都上有老、下有小，身負照顧家庭重任，雖然現行法令規定，勞工一年有七天家庭照顧假，但只能比照事假無薪。工會建議為讓同仁無後顧之憂，讓有請家庭照顧假需求的同仁享有半薪。當時董事長即已肯定這想法，指示後續會請黃執行長研議可行作法。今天社方公布：同仁年資滿一年，即可享有七天家庭照顧假半薪福利。
