近日大家已陸續接到年度考績通知，如有問題除可先問人資室；如認為年度考績有爭議，依報社的「員工考核及敍薪申訴辧法」可提出申訴，特別提醒要注意申訴時效，第一階段，應在取得考績十個工作天內，向單位主管提出書面申訴並知會人資室、工會及勞資關係室。如對單位處理不接受，再進行後續第二階段甚至第三階段申訴。申訴辧法請參考附件。
