一、2022年11月26日（星期六）為地方公職人員選舉之投票日暨第八次憲法修正案複決之公投日，同仁具投票權者，得依以下規則辦理：
1.當日例休且不上班者，依法不得要求補假。
2.當日需到班(非例休)，但未上班者，需請公假1天。
3.當日有到班者，可補休1天或申請加班費。
二、選舉日遇同仁休息日，不上班者，休息日不可挪移；需上班者，休息日可挪移。
三、請各單位知照辦理，如有任何疑問請洽各單位人資承辦人。人力資源室
